第十条
In the written applications in Appended Forms No. 5, No. 7, No. 8, No. 9 and No. 10 of the New Regulation, the field in which the number of the special permanent resident certificate is to be stated is, where the special permanent resident pertaining to that statement holds a registration certificate to which Article 28, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act applies, the field in which the number of that registration certificate is to be stated.
新規則別記第五号様式、別記第七号様式、別記第八号様式、別記第九号様式及び別記第十号様式の申請書中特別永住者証明書の番号を記載することとされている項は、当該記載に係る特別永住者が改正法附則第二十八条第一項の適用を受ける登録証明書を所持する者である場合は当該登録証明書の番号を記載する項とする。
