Residential Basic Book Act

If the item (vi) effective date is before the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (vi) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Health Insurance Act, etc. to Establish a Sustainable Social Security System for All Generations, the phrase "item 71-20 is renumbered as item 71-21, and item 71-14 through item 71-19" in the provision amending Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act in Article 42 of the Supplementary Provisions is deemed to be replaced with "item 71-19 is renumbered as item 71-20, and item 71-14 through item 71-18".

In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, in the provision in Article 29 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Health Insurance Act, etc. to Establish a Sustainable Social Security System for All Generations that adds the following after item 71-19 of Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act, the term "item 71-19 of Appended Table 1" is deemed to be replaced with "item 71-20 of Appended Table 1", and the term "71-20" with "71-21".

If the item (vi) effective date is before the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Development of Related Acts for the Promotion of Reform to Enhance Regional Autonomy and Independence, then in the provision amending Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act in Article 42 of the Supplementary Provisions, the phrase "item 57-44 as item 57-48" is deemed to be replaced with "item 57-43 as item 57-48"; "item 57-34 through item 57-43 are moved down by four items" with "item 57-33 through item 57-42 are moved down by five items"; "item 57-33 as item 57-36" with "item 57-32 as item 57-36"; "item 57-32 as item 57-34" with "item 57-31 as item 57-34"; "item 57-31 as item 57-33" with "item 57-30 as item 57-33"; "item 57-30 as item 57-32" with "item 57-29 as item 57-32"; "item 57-29 as item 57-30" with "item 57-28 as item 57-30"; "item 57-28 as item 57-29" with "item 57-27 as item 57-29"; "through item 57-27 are moved down by one item" with "through item 57-26 are moved down by two items"; and "57-2 Medical Information Infrastructure and Medical Fee Examination and Payment Organization or the National Health Insurance Federation / Affairs under the Child Welfare Act (Act No. 164 of 1947) concerning the collection or organization, or the use or provision, of information under Article 19-20-2, paragraph (1) of that Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 21-5-30 and Article 24-21 of that Act), specified by Ministerial Order" with "57-2 Medical Information Infrastructure and Medical Fee Examination and Payment Organization or the National Health Insurance Federation / Affairs under the Child Welfare Act (Act No. 164 of 1947) concerning the collection or organization, or the use or provision, of information under Article 19-20-2, paragraph (1) of that Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 21-5-30 and Article 24-21 of that Act), specified by Ministerial Order / 57-3 Medical Information Infrastructure and Medical Fee Examination and Payment Organization or the National Health Insurance Federation / Affairs under the Maternal and Child Health Act (Act No. 141 of 1965) concerning the collection or organization, or the use or provision, of information under Article 8-3, paragraph (1) of that Act, specified by Ministerial Order"; and in the provision amending Appended Table 2 of that Act, the phrase "item 5-23 of that table" is deemed to be replaced with "the words "(Act No. 141 of 1965)" in item 5-12 of that table are deleted, and item 5-23 of that table".

In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, the provision amending Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act, and the provision amending Appended Table 2 of that Act (limited to the part deleting "(Act No. 141 of 1965)" in item 5-12 of that table), in Article 10 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Development of Related Acts for the Promotion of Reform to Enhance Regional Autonomy and Independence do not apply.
