Supplementary Provisions
The law as Act Partially Amending the Medical Care Act, etc. (Act No. 87 of 2025) leaves it, with the words it and the amendment named below change marked.
e-Gov lists one more amendment between this one and the text before it, but publishes no text of the law as that amendment leaves it: Act No. 60 of 2024, the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and the Act on Proper Technical Intern Training and Protection of Technical Intern Trainees (1 April 2027). So what is shown here is what the two amendments change together, and which of them makes each change cannot be told from e-Gov's texts.

Supplementary Provisions, Article 1, paragraph (1)（施行期日）Effective DateAdded
This Act comes into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three years from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
