Supplementary Provisions, Article 48, paragraph (1)（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the National Health Insurance ActAdded
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 116-2, paragraph (1), item (vi) of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article (limited to the amending provisions set forth in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions) during the period from the item (iii) Effective Date to the day preceding the item (iv) Effective Date, the phrase "Article 8, paragraph (25)" in that item is deemed to be replaced with "Article 8, paragraph (24)".
第三号施行日から第四号施行日の前日までの間における前条の規定（附則第一条第三号に掲げる改正規定に限る。）による改正後の国民健康保険法第百十六条の二第一項第六号の規定の適用については、同号中「第八条第二十五項」とあるのは、「第八条第二十四項」とする。
