第十四条
For fiscal year 2006, in Article 134, paragraph (4) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 4, the phrase "during the period from August 2 to October 1 of said year" is deemed to be replaced with "during the period from April 2 to October 1 of said year", and the phrase "a person (except for" is deemed to be replaced with "a person (including a person who corresponds to paragraph (2), item (i) during the period from March 1 to April 1 of said year and who has not received payment of the old age, etc. pension benefit from said Pension Insurer as of April 1 of said year, and except for".
平成十八年度においては、第四条の規定による改正後の介護保険法第百三十四条第四項中「当該年の八月二日から十月一日までの間に」とあるのは「当該年の四月二日から十月一日までの間に」と、「該当するに至った者（」とあるのは「該当するに至った者（当該年の三月一日から四月一日までの間に第二項第一号に該当するに至った者であって、当該年の四月一日現在において当該年金保険者から老齢等年金給付の支払を受けていないものを含み、」とする。
