第十二条
A person who, at the time of enforcement of this Act, is currently a Long-Term Care Support Specialist prescribed in Article 79, paragraph (2), item (ii) of the Former Long-Term Care Insurance Act is deemed, on the Effective Date, to have been registered by the prefectural governor as set forth in Article 69-2, paragraph (1) of the New Long-Term Care Insurance Act and to have received delivery of a Long-Term Care Support Specialist Certification pursuant to the provisions of Article 69-7, paragraph (1) of the New Long-Term Care Insurance Act.
この法律の施行の際現に旧介護保険法第七十九条第二項第二号に規定する介護支援専門員である者は、施行日に、新介護保険法第六十九条の二第一項の都道府県知事の登録を受け、新介護保険法第六十九条の七第一項の規定により介護支援専門員証の交付を受けたものとみなす。
