第十条（医療法の準用等）
The provisions of Article 107, Article 108, and Article 110 through Article 112 of the Medical Care Act apply mutatis mutandis to Long-Term Care Health Facilities and integrated facilities for medical and long-term care. In this case, the necessary technical replacement of terms in these provisions is provided by Cabinet Order.
医療法第百七条、第百八条及び第百十条から第百十二条までの規定は、介護老人保健施設及び介護医療院について準用する。この場合において、これらの規定に関し必要な技術的読替えは、政令で定める。
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 105 and Article 114-8, for the time being, the phrase "and Article 104, paragraph (1)" in Article 105 is deemed to be replaced with ", Article 104, paragraph (1) and Article 111 of the same Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 10, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions", and the phrase "and Article 114-6, paragraph (1)" in Article 114-8 is deemed to be replaced with ", Article 114-6, paragraph (1) and Article 111 of the same Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 10, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions".
第百五条及び第百十四条の八の規定の適用については、当分の間、第百五条中「及び第百四条第一項」とあるのは「、第百四条第一項及び附則第十条第一項において準用する同法第百十一条」と、第百十四条の八中「及び第百十四条の六第一項」とあるのは「、第百十四条の六第一項及び附則第十条第一項において準用する同法第百十一条」とする。
