Supplementary Provisions, Article 11, paragraph (1)
第一項
In the case where three years have elapsed after the provisions adding two Articles after Article 38-2 (limited to the part pertaining to Article 38-4) come into effect, the government is to review the provisions of Article 38-4 of the new Act while taking into consideration the status of their enforcement, and, when it finds it necessary, is to take necessary measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、第三十八条の二の次に二条を加える改正規定（第三十八条の四に係る部分に限る。）の施行後三年を経過した場合において、新法第三十八条の四の規定について、その施行の状況を勘案しつつ検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
