Supplementary Provisions, Article 4, paragraph (1)
第一項
A report or appearance requested by an administrative agency or a labor standards inspector under the provisions of Article 110 of the former Labor Standards Act before this Act comes into effect is deemed to be a report or appearance ordered by an administrative agency or a labor standards inspector under the provisions of Article 104-2 of the new Labor Standards Act.
この法律の施行前に旧労働基準法第百十条の規定により行政官庁又は労働基準監督官から要求のあった報告又は出頭は、新労働基準法第百四条の二の規定により行政官庁又は労働基準監督官が命じた報告又は出頭とみなす。
