Supplementary Provisions, Article 1, paragraph (1)
第一項
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of April 1, 1999; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 1 amending Article 21 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act come into effect as of October 1, 1999, and the provisions of Article 1 amending Article 25-2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act come into effect as of April 1, 2001.
この省令は、平成十一年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中労働基準法施行規則第二十一条の改正規定は平成十一年十月一日から、第一条中労働基準法施行規則第二十五条の二の改正規定は平成十三年四月一日から施行する。
