Supplementary Provisions, Article 3, paragraph (1)
第一項
In the case where an agreement under Article 36 of the former Act that was concluded before the date on which this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect (excluding an agreement for which an agreement to the effect that it is to be renewed is concluded on or after that date) is notified pursuant to the provisions of that Article on or after that date, the former Forms may still be used.
この省令の施行の日前にされた旧法第三十六条の協定（当該協定を更新しようとする旨の協定が施行の日以後にされるものを除く。）を同日以後に同条の規定により届け出る場合には、なお従前の様式によることができる。
