In the case where the agreement referred to in the preceding paragraph is notified on or after the date on which this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of Article 32-4, paragraph (4) of the former Act, which remain in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Labor Standards Act, the former Forms may still be used.
