第三項
A permission under Article 33, paragraph (2) of the former Rules pertaining to staff members working at a home for dependent children or a home for physically weak children prescribed in Article 33, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the former Rules, which was granted before this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect, is deemed to be a permission under Article 33, paragraph (2) of the new Rules pertaining to staff members working at a foster home prescribed in Article 33, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the new Rules.
この省令の施行前にされた旧規則第三十三条第一項第二号に規定する養護施設又は虚弱児施設に勤務する職員に係る旧規則第三十三条第二項の許可は、新規則第三十三条第一項第二号に規定する児童養護施設に勤務する職員に係る新規則第三十三条第二項の許可とみなす。
