Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Transitional Measures for Penal Provisions
第九条（罰則に関する経過措置）
Prior laws continue to govern the applicability of penal provisions to conduct in which a person has engaged before the entry into effect of this Act, and to conduct in which a person has engaged after the entry into effect of this Act in a situation that prior laws continue to govern pursuant to Article 5 and the two preceding Articles of these Supplementary Provisions.
この法律の施行前にした行為並びに附則第五条及び前二条の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる場合におけるこの法律の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
