With regard to revocation of the status of residence of a person who has newly become a mid- to long-term resident upon receiving, before the Effective Date, permission under the provisions of Article 61-2-2, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act Prior to Amendment by Article 2 or permission under the provisions of Article 61-2-2, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act Prior to Amendment by Article 1, and of a person residing upon receiving permission pertaining to status of residence to which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
