the provisions of Article 1 (excluding the provisions amending Articles 19-5 and 19-11 of the Immigration Control Act) and Articles 3, 26 and 29 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provision in Article 31 of the Supplementary Provisions amending Article 16 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on Punishment of Acts Inflicting Death or Injury on Others by Driving a Motor Vehicle, etc. (Act No. 86 of 2013), and the provisions of Articles 32 through 34 and Article 37 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 9 months from the date of promulgation.
