第二項
The provisions of Article 61-8-3, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Immigration Control Act apply mutatis mutandis to the procedures for the receipt, application or notification provided for in the preceding paragraph.
入管法第六十一条の八の三第二項及び第三項の規定は、前項に規定する受領、申請又は届出の手続について準用する。
