Supplementary Provisions, Article 15, paragraph (4)

第四項

If an application under the preceding paragraph has been filed, the Minister of Justice is to have an immigration inspector issue a residence card to that mid- to long-term resident.

法務大臣は、前項の規定による申請があった場合には、入国審査官に、当該中長期在留者に対し、在留カードを交付させるものとする。
