The provisions of Article 19-16 of the New Immigration Control Act apply to a mid- to long-term resident who, on or after the Effective Date, has been granted a seal of verification for landing or permission prescribed in Article 19-6 of the New Immigration Control Act, or permission pursuant to the provisions of the main clause of Article 20, paragraph (3) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 22-2, paragraph (3) of the New Immigration Control Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 22-3 of the New Immigration Control Act)), Article 21, paragraph (3), Article 22, paragraph (2) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 22-2, paragraph (4) of the New Immigration Control Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 22-3 of the New Immigration Control Act)), Article 50, paragraph (1) or Article 61-2-2, paragraph (1) or (2) of the New Immigration Control Act.
