第十一項
With regard to the crime under Article 73-2, paragraph (1) of the New Act, if the act of a person falling under any of the items of that paragraph relates to a foreign national who was residing in Japan at the time this Act came into effect and has continued to reside in Japan after it came into effect, the act is not punished. The same applies if a person falling under any of the items of paragraph (1) of that Article believed that the foreign national to whom the act relates was residing in Japan at the time this Act came into effect and has continued to reside in Japan after it came into effect, and was not negligent in so believing.
新法第七十三条の二第一項の罪については、同項各号の一に該当する者の当該行為がこの法律の施行の際本邦に在留しその施行後引き続き本邦に在留する外国人に係るものであるときは、これを罰しない。同条第一項各号の一に該当する者において、当該行為に係る外国人がこの法律の施行の際本邦に在留しその施行後引き続き本邦に在留するものであると信じ、かつ、それについて過失がないときも、同様である。
