A person who fell under Article 24, item (iv), sub-item (a) or (b) of the Former Act before this Act comes into effect is, for the purpose of applying the provisions of Article 24 of the New Act, deemed to be a person falling under item (iv), sub-item (a) or (b) of that Article, respectively.
