The public notice under the provisions of Article 55-27, paragraph (2) of the Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (7) of that Article; the same applies in item (i)) is to be given with respect to the following matters:
法第五十五条の二十七第二項（同条第七項において準用する場合を含む。第一号において同じ。）の規定による公告は、次に掲げる事項についてするものとする。
to the effect that public notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Article 55-27, paragraph (2) of the Act;
法第五十五条の二十七第二項の規定により公告する旨
the names and quantities of the items;
品名及び数量
the name of the sender.
差入人の氏名
The public notice under the provisions of Article 55-36, paragraph (2) of the Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 55-64, paragraph (6) of the Act; the same applies in item (i)) is to be given with respect to the following matters:
法第五十五条の三十六第二項（法第五十五条の六十四第六項において準用する場合を含む。第一号において同じ。）の規定による公告は、次に掲げる事項についてするものとする。
to the effect that public notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Article 55-36, paragraph (2) of the Act;
法第五十五条の三十六第二項の規定により公告する旨
the names and quantities of the items;
品名及び数量
the name of the deceased detainee.
死亡した被収容者の氏名
The public notices under the preceding two paragraphs are to be given by posting them for 14 days in a place readily visible to the public in the immigration detention center or the regional immigration services bureau.
前二項の公告は、入国者収容所又は地方出入国在留管理局の公衆の見やすい場所に十四日間掲示する方法によって行うものとする。
