Supplementary Provisions, Article 8, paragraph (1)
第一項
With regard to the procedures for issuing bonds for subscription where the matters prescribed in Article 676 of the former Act were decided before this Act comes into effect, and for issuing bonds with share options where the subscription requirements prescribed in Article 238, paragraph (1) of the Companies Act were decided before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 676, items (vii)-2 and (viii)-2 of the new Act.
この法律の施行前に旧法第六百七十六条に規定する事項の決定があった場合におけるその募集社債及びこの法律の施行前に会社法第二百三十八条第一項に規定する募集事項の決定があった場合におけるその新株予約権付社債の発行の手続については、新法第六百七十六条第七号の二及び第八号の二の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
