Supplementary Provisions, Article 13, paragraph (1)
第一項
The provisions of Article 244, paragraph (3), Article 244-2, Article 282, paragraphs (2) and (3), Article 286-2 and Article 286-3 of the new Companies Act do not apply to share options for subscription in the case where the subscription requirements prescribed in Article 238, paragraph (1) of the former Companies Act were determined before the effective date.
施行日前に旧会社法第二百三十八条第一項に規定する募集事項の決定があった場合におけるその募集新株予約権については、新会社法第二百四十四条第三項、第二百四十四条の二、第二百八十二条第二項及び第三項、第二百八十六条の二並びに第二百八十六条の三の規定は、適用しない。
