Article 78-16Public Notice of the Period Designated by the Mayor of a Municipality, etc.
第七十八条の十六（市町村長指定期間等の公示）
A mayor of a Municipality, when intending to specify the Period Designated by the Mayor of a Municipality, the Area Designated by the Mayor of a Municipality, and the Periodic Patrol and On-Demand Home-Visit Long-Term Care and Nursing, etc., Specified by the Mayor of a Municipality, must give public notice in advance of that fact and the date on which the effect arises with regard to the Area Designated by the Mayor of a Municipality and the Periodic Patrol and On-Demand Home-Visit Long-Term Care and Nursing, etc., Specified by the Mayor of a Municipality.
市町村長は、市町村長指定期間、市町村長指定区域及び市町村長指定定期巡回・随時対応型訪問介護看護等を定めようとするときは、あらかじめ、その旨並びに市町村長指定区域及び市町村長指定定期巡回・随時対応型訪問介護看護等に係る効力が生ずる日を公示しなければならない。
The provisions of the preceding paragraph apply mutatis mutandis to a change in the Period Designated by the Mayor of a Municipality, the Area Designated by the Mayor of a Municipality, or the Periodic Patrol and On-Demand Home-Visit Long-Term Care and Nursing, etc., Specified by the Mayor of a Municipality.
前項の規定は、市町村長指定期間、市町村長指定区域又は市町村長指定定期巡回・随時対応型訪問介護看護等の変更について準用する。
