A prefectural governor, when a Long-Term Care Support Specialist that is registered in an area governed by said prefectural governor corresponds to any of the following items, shall delete and rescind said registration:
都道府県知事は、その登録を受けている介護支援専門員が次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、当該登録を消除しなければならない。
when a Specialist corresponds to any provision of Article 69-2, paragraph (1), item (i) to item (iii);
第六十九条の二第一項第一号から第三号までのいずれかに該当するに至った場合
when a Specialist is registered as set forth in Article 69-2, paragraph (1) by a wrongful means;
不正の手段により第六十九条の二第一項の登録を受けた場合
when the Long-Term Care Support Specialist Certification is issued by a wrongful means;
不正の手段により介護支援専門員証の交付を受けた場合
when a Specialist violates a prohibition of business ordered pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (3) of the preceding Article.
前条第三項の規定による業務の禁止の処分に違反した場合
A prefectural governor, in a case when a registered Long-Term Care Support Specialist corresponds to any of the following items, may delete and rescind said registration:
都道府県知事は、その登録を受けている介護支援専門員が次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、当該登録を消除することができる。
when the Specialist violates the provisions of Article 69-34, paragraph (1) or (2) or the provisions listed from Article 69-35 to Article 69-37;
第六十九条の三十四第一項若しくは第二項又は第六十九条の三十五から第六十九条の三十七までの規定に違反した場合
when a Specialist is requested to report pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, but does not report or submits a false report;
前条第一項の規定により報告を求められて、報告をせず、又は虚偽の報告をした場合
when a Specialist violates an instruction or order pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of the preceding Article and said circumstances are considered serious.
前条第二項の規定による指示又は命令に違反し、情状が重い場合
When a person is registered as set forth in Article 69-2, paragraph (1) that has not been issued a Long-Term Care Support Specialist Certification as defined by any of the following items, the prefectural governor that provides said registration must delete said registration:
第六十九条の二第一項の登録を受けている者で介護支援専門員証の交付を受けていないものが次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、当該登録をしている都道府県知事は、当該登録を消除しなければならない。
when said person corresponds to any provision of Article 69-2, paragraph (1), item (i) to item (iii);
第六十九条の二第一項第一号から第三号までのいずれかに該当するに至った場合
when said person is registered as set forth in Article 69-2, paragraph (1) by wrongful means;
不正の手段により第六十九条の二第一項の登録を受けた場合
when said person operates a business as a Long-Term Care Support Specialist and the circumstances are especially grave.
