The right to collect an insurance premium, a Levy, or other money collected pursuant to the provisions of this Act, or to receive a refund thereof, and the right to receive an Insurance Benefit are extinguished by prescription when two years have elapsed from the time when those rights may be exercised.
保険料、納付金その他この法律の規定による徴収金を徴収し、又はその還付を受ける権利及び保険給付を受ける権利は、これらを行使することができる時から二年を経過したときは、時効によって消滅する。
