附 則
This Act comes into effect on the day on which 30 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三十日を経過した日から施行する。
Prior laws and regulations continue to govern the applicability of penal provisions to conduct that a person engaged in before this Act comes into effect.
この法律の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
