第二条（経過措置）
With regard to the specified industrial field of a person who, at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect, resides in Japan with the status of residence of "Specified Skilled Worker" in the Appended Table I (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and has been designated the field set forth in item (iii) of the Ministerial Order to Provide for the Industrial Fields Specified in the Right-Hand Column of "Specified Skilled Worker" in the Appended Table I (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to its amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Ministerial Order") as a specified industrial field, the specified industrial field is deemed to be one for which the field set forth in item (iii) of the Ministerial Order to Provide for the Industrial Fields Specified in the Right-Hand Column of "Specified Skilled Worker" in the Appended Table I (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "New Ministerial Order") has been designated.
この省令の施行の際現にこの省令による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法別表第一の二の表の特定技能の項の下欄に規定する産業上の分野等を定める省令（以下「旧省令」という。）第三号に掲げる分野を特定産業分野として指定されている出入国管理及び難民認定法別表第一の二の表の特定技能の在留資格をもって本邦に在留する者の特定産業分野については、この省令による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法別表第一の二の表の特定技能の項の下欄に規定する産業上の分野等を定める省令（以下「新省令」という。）第三号に掲げる分野を指定されているものとみなす。
If a person who, at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect, resides in Japan with the status of residence of Specified Skilled Worker in Appended Table I (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, with the field set out in item (iii) of the Former Ministerial Order designated as the specified industrial field, has received the permission under Article 19, paragraph (2) of that Act, that permission (including the conditions imposed under that paragraph) is deemed to be the permission under paragraph (2) of that Article received by a person who has the status of residence of Specified Skilled Worker in that table, with the field set out in item (iii) of the New Ministerial Order, as deemed under the preceding paragraph, designated as the specified industrial field.
この省令の施行の際現に旧省令第三号に掲げる分野を特定産業分野として指定されている出入国管理及び難民認定法別表第一の二の表の特定技能の在留資格をもって本邦に在留する者が同法第十九条第二項の許可を受けているときは、当該許可（同項の規定に基づき付された条件を含む。）は、前項の規定によりみなされる新省令第三号に掲げる分野を特定産業分野として指定されている同表の特定技能の在留資格を有する者が受けた同条第二項の許可とみなす。
