Pursuant to the enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, etc. (Act No. 59 of 2024), and pursuant to Article 19-15-5 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Cabinet Order No. 319 of 1951), the Order to Provide for the Form of Specified Residence Cards and Other Necessary Matters Concerning Specified Residence Cards is established as follows.
出入国管理及び難民認定法等の一部を改正する法律（令和六年法律第五十九号）の施行に伴い、及び出入国管理及び難民認定法（昭和二十六年政令第三百十九号）第十九条の十五の五の規定に基づき、特定在留カードの様式その他特定在留カードに関し必要な事項を定める命令を次のように定める。
