Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, inter alia, those who have lost Japanese Nationality pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan, and Other Matters (Act No. 79 of 2009; hereinafter referred to as the "Amending Act") (July 9, 2012); provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この省令は、出入国管理及び難民認定法及び日本国との平和条約に基づき日本の国籍を離脱した者等の出入国管理に関する特例法の一部を改正する等の法律（平成二十一年法律第七十九号。以下「改正法」という。）の施行の日（平成二十四年七月九日）から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions (excluding the part of Article 6, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions pertaining to a request made together with an application under Article 3, paragraph (1) or Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Alien Registration Act (Act No. 125 of 1952; hereinafter referred to as the "Former Alien Registration Act") prior to its abolition under the provisions of Article 4 of the Amending Act, which is deemed to be an application under Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act on the effective date of the Amending Act pursuant to Article 29, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act): the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act (January 13, 2012);
the provisions of Article 6, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the part pertaining to a request made together with an application under Article 3, paragraph (1) or Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Former Alien Registration Act, which is deemed to be an application under Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act on the effective date of the Amending Act pursuant to Article 29, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act): June 9, 2012.
附則第六条第二項（改正法附則第二十九条第二項の規定により改正法施行日において同条第一項の規定による申請とみなされる旧外国人登録法第三条第一項又は第七条第一項の規定による申請と併せて行う申出に係る部分に限る。）の規定 平成二十四年六月九日
