This Act comes into effect on October 1, 2001; provided, however, that the provisions of Articles 1 and 6, the provisions of the following Article (excluding the second sentence of paragraph (2)) and of Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions (excluding the provisions amending item (xx)-13 of Appended Table 1 of the Certified Social Insurance and Labor Consultant Act (Act No. 89 of 1968)), and the provisions of Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on June 30 of the same year.
