第一項
With regard to accident compensation in the case where a business is carried out under multiple layers of contracting, which pertains to an accident that occurred on or before July 31, 1965, the provisions of Article 87 of the Labor Standards Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of the preceding Article are followed.
事業が数次の請負によつて行なわれる場合における災害補償であつて、昭和四十年七月三十一日以前に生じた事故に係るものについては、前条の規定による改正前の労働基準法第八十七条の規定の例による。
