Administrative appeals, etc. prescribed in the preceding paragraph that pertain to dispositions against which an appeal may be filed under the Administrative Complaint Review Act after this Act comes into effect are deemed to be appeals under the Administrative Complaint Review Act with regard to the application of laws other than that Act.
