第十二項
The acceptance of a request for administrative review or arbitration and any other act done before this Act comes into effect by the workers' Accident Compensation Review Board pursuant to the provisions of Article 86 of the Labor Standards Act prior to the amendment are deemed to be the acceptance of a request for administrative review or arbitration and any other act done by a workers' Accident Compensation Insurance Examiner pursuant to the provisions of Article 86 of the Labor Standards Act as amended.
この法律の施行前に、改正前の労働基準法第八十六条の規定により労働者災害補償審査会がした審査又は仲裁の請求の受理その他の行為は、改正後の労働基準法第八十六条の規定により労働者災害補償保険審査官がした審査又は仲裁の請求の受理その他の行為とみなす。
