In the case where, at the time this Act comes into effect, an employer is managing the savings of workers with authorization under the provisions of Article 18, paragraph (2) of the Labor Standards Act prior to the amendment, the notification under the provisions of that paragraph as amended is deemed to have been made after this Act comes into effect.
