第一項
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Penal Code and Other Acts comes into effect (June 1, 2025).
この省令は、刑法等の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（令和七年六月一日）から施行する。
