Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (1)

This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Labor Standards Act (Act No. 13 of 2020) comes into effect.
この省令は、労働基準法の一部を改正する法律（令和二年法律第十三号）の施行の日から施行する。
