Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (1)
第一項
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date on which the Act on Penal Institutions and the Treatment, etc. of Sentenced Persons comes into effect (May 24, 2006).
この省令は、刑事施設及び受刑者の処遇等に関する法律の施行の日（平成十八年五月二十四日）から施行する。
