Supplementary Provisions, Article 7, paragraph (1)
第一項
The paper forms for written applications, etc. in accordance with the Forms prescribed in the respective Ministerial Ordinances prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Ordinance that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect may be used for the time being after making the necessary revisions.
この省令の施行の際現に存するこの省令による改正前のそれぞれの省令に定める様式による申請書等の用紙は、当分の間、必要な改定をした上、使用することができる。
