Until March 31, 1992, an employer may, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 32 of the Labor Standards Act, have fire defense personnel and full-time members of fire corps work up to 46 hours per week and up to eight hours per day.
使用者は、消防職員及び常勤の消防団員については、平成四年三月三十一日までの間は、労働基準法第三十二条の規定にかかわらず、一週間について四十六時間、一日について八時間まで労働させることができる。
