第二項
In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, the limit on working hours per day to be specified in the rules of employment or anything equivalent thereto referred to in Article 25-2, paragraph (2) of the new Rules with respect to businesses other than the business set forth in Article 8, item (xiii) of the Act is 11 hours.
前項の場合において、法第八条第十三号の事業以外の事業に係る新規則第二十五条の二第二項の就業規則その他これに準ずるものにおいて定める一日の労働時間の限度は十一時間とする。
