第三項
With respect to a notification under the provisions of Article 36 of the Act in the case where an agreement to renew an agreement under that Article that was concluded before the effective date is concluded for the first time on or after the effective date, the provisions of Article 17, paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act do not apply.
施行日前にされた法第三十六条の協定を更新しようとする旨の協定を施行日以後最初にする場合における同条の規定による届出については、労働基準法施行規則第十七条第二項の規定は、適用しない。
