This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of April 1, 1980; provided, however, that the part of the provisions amending Appended Table 4 that pertains to the column for the name of the Labor Standards Office (name of the branch office) in the Osaka section comes into effect as of March 22, 1980.
