An application for permission, approval, recognition or any other disposition, a notification, a report or any other procedure that was made to the Director of the Nakamura Labor Standards Office before this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect, or a permission, approval, recognition or any other disposition, etc. that was made by that Director, is, in the case where the relevant affairs have come to be handled by the Director of the Susaki Labor Standards Office pursuant to the provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act after the amendment by this Ministerial Ordinance, deemed to have been made to, or to have been made by, that Director.
