A labor standards inspector's identification card under the provisions of Article 52 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act before the amendment that a labor standards inspector actually possesses at the time this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect is, for the time being, deemed to be a labor standards inspector's identification card under the provisions of Article 52 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act after the amendment.
