With respect to a disability pertaining to grounds for disability compensation that arose during the one year before the coming into effect of this Ministerial Ordinance, which falls under item (xii) of Grade 12 of Appended Table 2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act before the amendment by this Ministerial Ordinance or item (xii) of Grade 12 of Appended Table 1 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act before the amendment by this Ministerial Ordinance, and which, as of the date on which this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect, falls under item (xiii) or (xiv) of Grade 9 of Appended Table 2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act after the amendment by this Ministerial Ordinance or item (xiii) or (xiv) of Grade 9 of Appended Table 1 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act after the amendment by this Ministerial Ordinance, this Ministerial Ordinance applies as of the date on which the grounds for disability compensation pertaining to that disability arose.
