第二項
The work specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare referred to in Article 140, paragraph (1) of the Act is work in a general passenger vehicle transportation business, work in a motor truck transportation business (meaning a motor truck transportation business prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Motor Truck Transportation Business Act (Act No. 83 of 1989)), work in a general scheduled passenger motor vehicle transportation business (meaning a general scheduled passenger motor vehicle transportation business prescribed in Article 3, item (i), (a) of the Road Transportation Act), work in a general chartered passenger motor vehicle transportation business (meaning a general chartered passenger motor vehicle transportation business prescribed in (b) of that item), and other work of driving a motor vehicle with four or more wheels.
法第百四十条第一項の厚生労働省令で定める業務は、一般乗用旅客自動車運送事業の業務、貨物自動車運送事業（貨物自動車運送事業法（平成元年法律第八十三号）第二条第一項に規定する貨物自動車運送事業をいう。）の業務、一般乗合旅客自動車運送事業（道路運送法第三条第一号イに規定する一般乗合旅客自動車運送事業をいう。）の業務、一般貸切旅客自動車運送事業（同号ロに規定する一般貸切旅客自動車運送事業をいう。）の業務その他四輪以上の自動車の運転の業務とする。
