With respect to the application of the provisions of Article 66-10 to workplaces other than those under paragraph (1) of Article 13, "must offer" in the paragraph (1) of Article 66-10 is deemed to be replaced with "must endeavor to offer" until otherwise prescribed.
第十三条第一項の事業場以外の事業場についての第六十六条の十の規定の適用については、当分の間、同条第一項中「行わなければ」とあるのは、「行うよう努めなければ」とする。
