Supplementary Provisions, Article 1, paragraph (1)
第一項
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 1 year from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Articles 1 and 2 and Articles 7, 19 and 20 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation;
第一条及び第二条の規定並びに附則第七条、第十九条及び第二十条の規定 公布の日
the provisions of Articles 4, 13 and 20, the provision in Article 21 amending Article 6, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Coastwise Shipping Business Act, the provisions of Articles 23, 29, 31, 32, 36 and 39, the provision in Article 41 amending Article 5, item (ii) of the Motor Truck Transportation Business Act, the provisions of Articles 43, 44 and 49, the provision in Article 55 amending Article 8, item (ii) of the Act on Correspondence Delivery by Private Business Operators, the provisions of Articles 56, 58, 60, 62 and 63, and the provisions of the following Article and Articles 10, 12 and 13 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 3 years from the date of promulgation.
第四条、第十三条及び第二十条の規定、第二十一条中内航海運業法第六条第一項第二号の改正規定、第二十三条、第二十九条、第三十一条、第三十二条、第三十六条及び第三十九条の規定、第四十一条中貨物自動車運送事業法第五条第二号の改正規定、第四十三条、第四十四条及び第四十九条の規定、第五十五条中民間事業者による信書の送達に関する法律第八条第二号の改正規定並びに第五十六条、第五十八条、第六十条、第六十二条及び第六十三条の規定並びに次条並びに附則第十条、第十二条及び第十三条の規定 公布の日から起算して三年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日
